- Free returns are limited to 3 hats or 3 bags in a return for each order. We do not accept used merchandise or offer free returns on large return shipments. Please reach out if you have any questions.
- We reserve the right to not pay for return shipping if the return process is misused in anyway.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unused merchandise (with original tags) within 30 days of receipt.
- If you received a free item through a sale or promotion it will have no return value as it was a free item with purchase (it is yours to keep).
- If you received a buy one item get one item free, you must return both items to receive a refund or keep one item and you will be refunded half the order total.
- If you received a damaged item, we urge you to report this issue promptly upon receipt of your order. Kindly provide photographic evidence of the damage so we can facilitate a replacement for you. Once we receive this information we will provide you with the next steps.
- Should you receive an incorrect item please provide the style# you received, we will get you the correct style shipped out and provide the next steps.

When we receive your return in our warehouse, we will promptly issue a refund on your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your card company to post the refund to your account. Sun N Sand does not charge any restocking or re-handling fees.
